                             Monthly          $950.  +  utilities                        
**$40.00 Required cleaning fee not included in rates**
(Daily maid service available for additional fee)

Policies

  • The casa has been immaculately prepared for your arrival.
  • Keys will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail prior to your departure.
  • Check in at your convenience.
  • Kindly leave the house clean and orderly upon your departure.
  • If there is something that housekeeping needs to pay specific attention to
    please let us know in advance by e-mailing us.
  • If any items are lost or broken please let us know immediately by e-mailing us.
  • Maximum of 4 occupants.
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
